Assistant Manager – Advisory Services

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager for our Advisory Services division. In this role, you will support the delivery of advisory services, assist in managing client engagements, and contribute to the growth and success of our advisory practice. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality consulting services.

Specific Skills
  1. Solid understanding of business advisory services, including strategy development, risk management, and financial analysis.
  2. Experience in supporting or managing advisory projects and client engagements.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  4. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  6. Proficiency in financial analysis tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Experience with reputable firms or consulting practices is an advantage.
Responsible For
  1. Assist in managing the advisory services division, supporting the successful delivery of consulting services across various client engagements.
  2. Participate in the development and execution of strategic plans to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
  3. Conduct financial analysis, risk assessments, and process improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior management.
  4. Help prepare and present advisory reports and recommendations to clients, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  5. Build and maintain client relationships, supporting client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  6. Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to contribute effectively to advisory projects.
  7. Mentor and develop junior consultants, providing guidance and support as needed.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and teams to support cross-functional projects and organizational goals.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as ACCA, CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent are advantageous.

Experience Requirements
3+ years of experience in business advisory, consulting, or related fields, with some experience in a supervisory or team lead role. Experience with Big Four (Ernst & Young, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC) or other reputable firms such as Grant Thornton, Protiviti, RSM McGladrey, McKinsey, Accenture, or Cap Gemini is preferred.
