Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Accounting Manager. This key role will oversee the entire accounting department, managing end-to-end accounting processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Record-to-Report (R2R). The role ensures accuracy and efficiency in financial operations, compliance with accounting standards, and effective management of the company’s financial resources.

Specific Skills

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with experience in managing end-to-end accounting processes.

Responsible For

Manage and supervise the accounting team, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations across AP, AR, and R2R functions.
Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Oversee the preparation and accuracy of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely and accurate submission of required documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial goals and initiatives.
Provide leadership and guidance in the resolution of complex accounting issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of accounting software and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy across all accounting functions.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as ACCA, CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent are advantageous.

Experience Requirements

7+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing end-to-end accounting processes, including AP, AR, and R2R.
