We are seeking a proactive and experienced Advisory Services Team Lead to oversee and guide our advisory team. Specific Skills

Experience with reputable firms or consulting practices is an advantage.

Responsible For

Lead and manage the advisory services team, ensuring the successful execution of consulting projects and client engagements.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of advisory services, including strategy development, risk management, and financial analysis.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering professional growth and a collaborative work environment.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
Prepare and present advisory reports and recommendations to clients, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure the team’s knowledge and practices are current.
Collaborate with other departments and teams to support cross-functional initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of advisory services.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as ACCA, CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent are advantageous.

Experience Requirements

2+ years of experience in business advisory, consulting, or related fields, with proven experience in a leadership or team lead role. Experience with Big Four or other reputable is preferred.
